The lowered living area, the seating area and the open kitchen with a dining table create a friendly and cosy atmosphere. The bathrooms were newly and comfortably furnished a few years ago. In addition, all flats have been equipped with new kitchens. The full equipment includes a coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, satellite TV and air conditioning. In spring and autumn the flats can also be heated. Washing machine and dryer are inside the building (see price list).
